• For admission into Nursery & LKG, parents are expected to meet the School Admission Committee along with the child, on the assigned date.

Placement Test :

• All the admissions from UKG onwards are strictly based on the performance in the Placement Test.

• The syllabus for the Placement Test can be collected from our website (Syllabus for the Placement).

• The successful candidates will be informed about the results, or can collect the information from the school’s office.

You are kindly requested to submit the following documents, arranged as per given sequence, at the time of admission:

1. The approval Form for transferred students (from grade 2 to Secondary)

2. Copy of  Student’s Birth Certificate.

3. Copy of  Student’s Iqama.

4. Copy of Father’s / sponsor's  Iqama.

5. Copy of child’s passport.

6. Copy of  Father’s / sponsor's passport.

7. Copy of Student’s vaccination certificate.

8. Original Report card of all previous grades from Grade 1 onwards..

a) Attested by Saudi embassy or Saudi Culture or Foreign Ministry of country of issue if coming from outside KSA.

b) Last academic year report card to be attested by the ministry of Education if coming from any other region within KSA.

c) Last academic year report card to be attested by ministry of Education if coming from non Indian curriculum within Riyadh. 

9. First semester report card if joining school in the second semester. 

10. Fee Clearance Letter from previous school. 

11. Letter from Father’s / Guardian's Company.

12. Student's Admission Form.

13. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.

a) Attested by the Ministry of Education if coming from any other region within KSA.

b) Attested by the Ministry of Education if coming from Non Indian curriculum within Riyadh. 

14. Child’s recent photograph – 3 copies.

Working Hours AIMS

The school aims to introduce the basic concepts of education to the children in an environment that is stimulating enjoyable and emotionally secure. It aims to educate students to be responsible with skills to think creatively, reason critically, communicate effectively and learn continuously. The school tries to accomplish this in an environment characterised by high measureable standards and a clearly defined integrated curriculum.


The academic year begins in April and ends in the March of the following year.


The school is open from Sunday through Thursday.


Nursery: 7 : 45 a.m. to 01 : 00 p.m.
Kindergarten: 7 : 45 a.m. to 01 : 00 p.m.
Grade 1 – 12: 7 : 30 a.m. to 01 : 20 p.m.
